Good questions.

Yes. We honour all of our workmanship. Most parts we use come with a 12 month warranty from the manufacturer, and we use genuine parts only, so you have peace of mind that your cleaner’s repairs are covered. We don’t cover misuse, wear and tear or failure caused by water chemistry imbalance.

We also offer a 3 month labour guarantee. Regardless of the above warranties, if your cleaner fails within 3 months of us completing a repair for any other reason, we complete the labour part of the repair free of charge. Being the only company in Queensland used by manufacturers to complete infield warranties for over 12 years, why would you trust anybody else?

Thinking of buying a robotic pool cleaner? Don’t know which one to get?

Read all the forums and online reviews and now you’re even more confused? It’s an extremely common story from our clients. The cheapest cleaners are not always the cheapest long term, and the most expensive are not always the best. If you’re seriously thinking about buying a cleaner, give us a call. We know all brands of cleaners and have the largest range of cleaners available in South East Queensland. We can tell you the pros and cons, guide you through your research, and come out for a free demo so you can see the cleaner in action. Try before you buy: call Pool Robotics on (07) 5546 3505.

Use our Book a Demo form, or browse our cleaner models. One of our friendly staff will contact you to schedule your free demo. Please note we pre-qualify customers before we attend. If you’re not 100% ready to purchase and are just after pricing and information, call or email us and we’ll send out all the relevant information to help with your decision.

You’re also welcome to visit our display centre during business hours to see different options to suit your pool and budget. It’s a good idea to call ahead and make an appointment, as it can get busy. We have helped thousands of people into the right cleaner, so contact us before purchasing a cleaner elsewhere.
